This property is the perfect family getaway. Beautifully furnished and clean. Lots of space for a big family and tons of fun to be had in the amazing movie theater and game room! A+! Only thing mgmt should follow up on, and they are minor, is make sure all light bulbs are functioning and also the kitchen needs a toaster.

The VRBO price listing when I first booked was not accurate. The host actually charged me 322 more than the price listed on VRBO. When I brought this up to Destination Big Bear (host) they just said it was my outstanding balance and pulled it out of my account anyway. When I told VRBO that Destination Big Bear charged me more than what VRBO had initially said at booking, VRBO just said that some hosts are in charge of their own billing. The place itself was great, some repairs were needed like missing and broken shades, but Destination Big Bear was prompt in addressing our issues.Great family trip, except for me having to pay over 300 extra at the last minute due to inconsistencies between VRBO and the host.
