Just what we needed. Can’t beat the location.

As pictured the view from this condo is spectacular!! PROS: The condo is very cozy & efficient. The location on the beach is very convenient to walk to many different restaurants, big hotels & a Walgreens & CVS right across the street. Many other spots such as Old San Juan & Condado is a short uber (there is no Lyft on PR) ride away. The manager is very responsive to calls or concerns. The bedroom shade was not working properly & she had a repair man come in within hours to fix it. CONS: The water temp in the bath/shower was lukewarm, not hot enough for me. I resorted to using a cooking pot to fill with hot water from the sink & then put it in the tub half way. There is an inverter on the balcony & if the AC is on inside, the balcony will feel like a sauna. So we had to remember to turn the AC off every time we wanted to sit on the balcony. All in all, for the price you are paying to have a fabulous view right on the beach that you would probably pay from $500 & up at a fancy hotel, I would recommend this location.

Need to update balcony ocean view picture to show the large a/c unit that takes up the left side of the balcony. The online picture shows a chair in that spot. Misleading.
