Clean, good location, great host with good communication. Would stay again!

Our family had a wonderful time and comfortable stay at this location. Perfect distance from the beach and other places in ocean city. Already wanting to plan a trip in the future with this host!

As advertised, larger than I expected, plenty of room

This is the first time we rented from VRBO and it will probably be the last. We had a few problems that if we rented through a property management company would have been fixed in a timely manner. First was the lock on the stairwell door was not operating and if you didn’t have a key fob to get in you couldn’t use the steps. The Second issue was the television in the living room didn’t work. The owner quickly answered and had us try to troubleshoot which didn’t work. He said he would have to order one So there was no TV for the week in the living room. Also the sofa bed that my adult son was going to sleep on was broken and couldn’t be used There was a mattress in the closet to be used on the floor.( not ideal for an adult). The place was clean and the decor was nice but definitely needs some updating. Overall we had a fair experience but we have rented in OCMD many times and would not rent this unit again.
