The communication with the host is top notch! The overall cleanliness of the duplexes was wonderful. We gave it 4 stars overall due to the following items:1. The ad seemed to be a little deceiving when it came to the size to the duplexes. The bedrooms were smaller than they look and the bathrooms were MUCH smaller than the pictures showed. 2. Yes there were enough beds but the configuration wasn't correct therefore throwing off our sleeping arrangements. 3. There is paint peeling in the doorways of the kitchen in the left side and the ceilings in the left side need some attention. I did not stay in the right side enough to notice. The right side is more updated than the left side for sure. The only other complaint I have is the neighborhood needs to be described. Although there were houses in the area that were nice the overall feel of the street was sketchy at best. If it had just been me and my kids I don't know that I would have felt safe being there. No there were no issues but the look of the area feels like there could have been. But for as many people as we had it met our needs for the two nights we were there.

Good location.

Very accommodating and friendly.

nice place and host
