Very nice 1BR at the 1 Hotel.

We have stayed in this unit before. We have also stayed in the Residences many many times.I give an excellent rating every time. My only issue is that each year I have to ask for regular bed blankets and pillows for the sofa bed. If the unit is advertised for 4 or 5 people then the bedding should be automatically provided. Also, I had to pay for extra towels because we were provided only 2 hand towels and had to constantly wash them. . They were plenty of bath towels We were three people how can three people handle two hand towels. Other than that the communication was excellent and the service as well. That’s why we continue to rent there.

Great stay! Great location and good communication.

Great unit. Great ocean and pool view! Amazing beach. Very clean and nicely furnished. It’s right on the boardwalk so if you are a walker you’ll love this location. Also walkable to Lincoln Plaza for shopping and dining. You don’t need to rent a car.
