From the moment you walk in to the property you are greeted with a warm home feeling. Beautiful large windows overlooking the property and cattle. The space large enough to host a family function comfortably , plenty of seating area through the house. Bobby the owner communicated with me before arrival and after checkout making sure if we required any assistance . Overall I would rate this hidden gem a 5 plus star. We are looking forward to book soon.

Small cottage with excellent living space and full kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Floors had some gaps in them but nothing hazardous. Small stains on curtains in bedroom - wouldn't see if you weren't looking. Surprisingly noisy - freeway right outside. However, closely located to all Bryan College Station and to Navasota. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and even allowed us to check in early. Clean up rules were minimal. Enjoyed our stay!

Property was gorgeous! Views were amazing.
We were a little shocked to find dishes in the sink, the dishwasher overflowing & no towels. After searching, we found them in the dryer. Also, there was one almost empty roll of TP & one 1/4 full. When those ran out, there was no extra TP to replenish. I asked the host, but by the time he responded, we had already taken care of it. We had to go to the store & buy our own.
Other than those few “housekeeping” issues, it was a relaxing weekend.
