Great location and neighborhood! Easy walk to the beach.

Great spot. Very close to beach. Back patio is a perfect setting to wind down after a long day at the beach. Cool off in the party pool and have a cocktail. Bedrooms were spacious. Living room and kitchen area were large and great for our crowd to watch TV and relax. My wife and I enjoyed having coffee in the mornings in the sunroom that is connected to the master bedroom.

We were down on the island visiting family when their heat went out! As the temperatures dropped we decided to make the best of our circumstances…or as they say when life gives you melons….make lemonade! We started looking at homes to rent for the remainder of our visit - then we stumbled across this gem. The house was perfect! Clean, well organized and mostly supplied with what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the house is in a great location on East Beach. One of the view original beach homes left, which made it even more charming. That back yard is serene! I would suggest this for a small family or girls weekend. That plunge pool is Heaven on earth! You won’t be disappointed!

The house was very clean upon arrival. The property manager was very responsive. I was told I’d get a text when the cleaners were done so I could enter the house, and I never received a text. Overall the house needs a lot of upgrades. One guest bathroom looked newer, but the rest of the house was very dated. There’s also a smaller house behind the pool. It appeared it may have been the owners staying there. They were constantly walking around the fence, and even using the fence around the pool to dry linens. It seemed very intrusive.
