Excellent location! Property was clean except for the mold in a few closets and on the upstairs wall. There was always some type of animal droppings in a kitchen drawer. There were also safety concerns with the deck and steps. The property management was extremely quick to fix and address all of our concerns. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The other furniture was also comfortable and clean. The view from the deck was amazing. We spent every evening out there. Very short walk to the waterfront. Excellent beach for walking! Just 160 feet from the beach, with a private walkway to the beach!!! Very close to fabulous restaurants and stores!! Overall was a very nice stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. It was a beautiful house in a lovely location

We really enjoy the property! Great location & plenty of room for 2 families.

This property has great potential, but the property was run down and not well loved. The house is right next to public beach access, with a large condo building across the street so the beach was crowded. There were several charcoal grills available on the property despite us being told there were none, so that was a pleasant surprise. While we had appliances brrak down during our stay, the property manager was very responsive.
