We enjoyed our relaxing week prior to July 4th. The house is located in an area that was quiet and the beach was not crowded between the 2 access points nearby. It was easy to walk and drive to nearby restaurants and stores. Fenced in backyard was a must for us with our lab. Used the outdoor shower and foot rinse every day after the beach. Hot tub was nice the first night when it was a bit cooler after a storm. Appreciated that there were plenty of blankets provided for once since I frequently get cold at night after a lot of sun exposure. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful home. Every close to the beach. Everything was perfect!!!!

Hard to get a better place for a family with kids and dogs. This is the second year we have stayed in this part of Kill Devil Hills and it’s perfect - reasonably priced for what you get space wise and the beach is pretty quiet / not crowded (though I would note there is no life guard stand in the beach immediately across the street. You can walk down 200yds or so though if you want). The fenced in yard is perfect to play fetch with the dogs or kick a soccer ball around with the kids. The downstairs area has a hot tub, grill, hammock, and picnic table. Plenty of beach stuff is provided (2 umbrellas, several good chairs, and a handy beach cart).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was very easy to book. The house location was ideal, a very short walk over the dunes! The house is very cozy, but had everything we needed. I would say that the carpets are very stained; it would be great if they switched to LVP throughout the house. The light in the outside bathroom was out, but maintenance came and quickly fixed that. They were very responsive. We had a great time while here.
