The views simply can’t be beat. Great location. Took off a star because the hot tub wasn’t working. The owner informed that there were issues but had been fixed but we couldn’t get it to turn on and the water was cold. Small inconvenience and the property worked well for us in every other way. Would also say that the pucks for the air hockey table need to be replaced. They are extremely beat up and broken and do not glide on the table. Enjoyed that the main area didn’t have a tv as the focal point. With the view of the Divide, not much else is needed.

Wonderful cabin. I stayed here with my college age daughters. The house was comfortable with amazing views. The sunsets were amazing. We really enjoyed the nearby town of Nederland and there was a lot to do in the area. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property and absolutely loved the mountain sunset views! The hot tub was underfilled and over-chlorinated. Nearby town of Nederland was charming. Would certainly rent again.

Beautiful place and location. You absolutely need a good vehicle with 4WD to get the hill, but worth it. We had a wonderful trip.
