This was our second stay on the property. Perfect house for easy access to UO and the rest of Eugene. Plenty of room and amenities are plentiful. Views (especially at sunset) are amazing.

I wish we were staying more than one night. The views are absolutely amazing. All the rooms are done very well. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is nice. It is an absolutely wonderful House! Would totally stay here again.

This property needs some serious attention to cleanliness. Gross actually—filthy floors, kitchen and bathroom drawers full of old used dirty sponges and bars of soap. Old scratched teflon pots and pans that should be replaced—safety hazard. Dangerously tippy dining chairs and barstools—safety hazard.Only two washcloths provided for 6 guests. It’s hard to believe this property is so highly rated. The host was nice to work with but other than that, it was disappointing.
