Our family enjoyed our stay at this secluded & quiet property! This house is great for people of all ages & your fur baby (our group included three generations, ranging in age from 11 to 75 years a German Shepherd). We enjoyed the wrap around porch as well as the enclosed porch, and made great use of the game room. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes & utensils. Our family also greatly appreciated access to the pool & amenities at the Owner's Club (we visited in early June, and used the outdoor pool). The property is located within a short drive to Galena, IL as well as Dubuque, IA. Both towns have a lot of activities for all ages and interests, as well as excellent restaurants & unique shopping. One item to note: the property does have a lot of stairs, so if someone in your group has difficulty navigating stairs, keep that in mind. Overall, this was a great spot for our group, and we would highly recommend it. We are looking forward to a return trip in the future!

Everything was perfect! The house and the location were beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Brian was super easy to get a hold of and checked in on us. Would definitely stay here again.

Had an awesome stay here — easily one of the best places we’ve stayed in Galena. The house was super clean, well kept, and had everything we needed for the weekend. The hot tub and game room were perfect after long days, and the whole place just had a really comfortable, easy feel to it.The host was great and communication was smooth the whole time. You can tell they care about the experience. We’ve been coming up to Galena for a while and this one definitely stands out. Would 100% stay here again.

Very nice place. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom which is good for large groups. Fun basement with the pool/card tables. Close enough to Galena to explore town but also has the secluded feel. If we visit the area again i would not hesitate to rent from this group again.
