**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• Garage is not part of the rental and cannot park in front of the garage; there is a dedicated parking space on the side of the house, a private driveway (tandem parking for 2 small cars or one large car)
• The unit is at the intersection of two main roads. There will be some road noise when you open the bedroom windows. We provide ear plugs so you can have a better sleep.
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

**House Rules**
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. We want to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. Please be aware that the property owners have severe allergies to animal fur and dander, which can be triggered by animals that have been in the space.

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs):
Please note that Emotional Support Animals are not classified as service animals under Airbnb's policy (except in NY and CA) and are therefore not permitted at this property.
