Extremely clean, great location, wonderful views. Perfect for our 1 week stay. Great pool area, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed.

We were here for a very small wedding on Long Beach and this property was perfection for our stay. Close to long bay and smugglers with great proximity to the ferry docks as well. Sharlene, Pinky and Ray were very responsive and so accommodating and helpful with recommendations. The house was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!!!

The whole experience was excellent! The photos all tell the truth. The views really ARE that good. The guidebook was quite helpful, and the communications pre-arrival were on point. The layout was good for multiple families coming together, each having our own private spaces, yet the kitchen/living area as a nice shared space to gather.

Communication with Pinky was great. She met us at Jerry's car rental and took us to the house. The house was extremely clean which we were thrilled. Groceries were in the fridge. The one downside to the house, the 2 bedrooms downstairs are only accessible via the outdoor staircase. We have 2 teenage daughters who were planning to sleep down there, each having their own room. Both ended up moving to the main level, as it was a bit unnerving! There is an additional set of stairs off of the pool that lead to 2 more empty rooms on the basement level Those rooms are not usable but I do agree, it made for some unsettled nerves. The outdoor tile gets extremely slippery when wet; so I think that this house is better suited for adults with no kids.
