Very clean and cute place. Hot tub and nice private backyard.

Excellent location if you want to stay in the northern section of the villages, with a Golf cart and hot tub.Extremely clean home, very well maintained. In the garage, you will find for use tennis rackets, pickle ball accessories, golf clubs, extra fold up chairs, and some basic tools if they are necessary. Hot tub is a higher end model, was clean and works like a champ, but only if you follow the operating instructions. The owner is extremely responsive and more than happy to answer any questions you may have.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would gladly stay there again without any hesitation.

The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Minor issue with golf car, but they made arrangements to get it fixed. We were in a nice village, close to Lake Sumter Landing square and other shopping on the main road. The nearest golf course, Glenview Country Club, has a great Monday night buffet, call for a reservation. It was great living like a local in the Villages.

The location is wonderful, the communication is great, the snacks and proseco was very nice but I booked this home 100% for the hot tub because we had to get rid of ours and my I wanted to surprise my husband with it. The hot tub is a soaking tub, sure it has jets but they don't come on in jet mode only filter 2x a day and so we did not enjoy it. Also the golf cart makes squeals and smells as if the belt is about to break and it is in need of a tune up. I told the owner this and Patty sd it is being looked into as of the day we left. The home is clean. Although the back patio area needs cleaning and the hot tub outside area where you put your arms on had visible dirt. The amenities are nice and is very comfortable other than what I mentioned.
