We booked this property because it was pet-friendly and the listing said there was a fenced in yard. The yard was not fenced all the way around and the home was in a busy street, so it was unfortunate that I could not let my dog enjoy the yard especially since we were specifically looking for a home with a fenced in yard.

Wonderful place

I was a nice home; the cleaners were still there until 4:15a yellow bag filled with sheets was on the couch, I'm guessing dirty.I didn't know where the washing machine was, if in the garage there where 10 big bags of lawn waste and I wasn't walking through it.It would have helped to know the network and the password-on your chalk board. all and all 8 out of 10 we would come back.

The house is cute and in a great location. The problem was that the yard wasn’t fenced as described. We rented the property specifically because it was supposed to be fenced and we brought our dog. He had to spend a majority of the time indoors. Also the chairs by the fire pit were dirty or broken and thus no useable. The smoke detector was broken and it looked like there was a fresh leak on the ceiling. The host eventually called me back after I contacted Vrbo and promised some refund which I haven’t seen yet.
