Nice location, I asked for spoons since they have only one and they answered but never delivery them, AC is like air it doesn’t get cold, the closet doesn’t open so we had the clothes on the floor with the luggage, pillows are cheap, in general is clean, nice location

Check-in process was easy and efficient. Location was perfect. Apartment was clean and in great condition. Washer/dryer combo made it easy to clean our clothes. Air conditioning worked well. Minor issue with shower not draining properly but they sent someone to fix it right away which was above and beyond. Rooftop patio/balcony access too! Highly recommend this rental!

I was looking specifically for a VRBO property that was centrally located and had a balcony with a view of the city. This property was listed with photos as if it had a city view. Besides, it showed up in my VRBO search as if it met my criteria. Well, the only view we had was that of a huge skyscraper next door that was under construction. There was no balcony either and the place was mosquito ridden
