It's a wonderful place to spend the week! The owner went out of his way to make sure everything went as well as possible. I hope to rent the same place next year!

The property is truly a palace! We had the BEST vacation here. The sunsets over the bay were incredible, and the huge pool is amazing. The house is massive and had all the comforts of home away from home, but way more luxurious! Andrew was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was exceptionally pleasant. It was the perfect location for us to explore Crystal River, Rainbow Springs, Homosassa, and Weeki Wachee, but the house itself is an attraction. If we are ever back in the area and it’s still up for rent, we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful location on Crystal River. Outside of the house could use a little loving care but I understand since we saw it was up for sale. With that said, the inside is spacious for a big family and is centrally located near many restaurants on the water or inland. Andrew was right on it when we needed some help, even though it was a holiday week-end.

Very nice and clean house, with an amazing outdoor area on the water. Would definitely recommend staying here
