Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·sty 2026
1. Great Internet
2. Nice apartment
3. Tranquil location
4. Kitchen perfect
1. The bathroom walls were dirty upon arrival. I had to pay a lady to properly clean it. The pipes are old and lack maintenance.
2. Washing was not so good. Very cheap, but not good.
3. Ceiling fans were dirty, rusty, and old.

Convenient to visit family and go to beach and resort for meals.
Water pressure issues in shower. AC vent difficult to regulate.

Love the base location. Perla Marina is the spot. Condo is in a gated community, within a gated community. Not the security is needed, as it is not, but it is there. The lies about the Dominican Republic being dangerous are just that. Don't listen. Come and see
The stairs. Third floor.

The condo is close enough for easy ocean access, and is located between several swimmable coves. Aside from that, three of the four restaurants in Perla Marina are wonderful.
Assuming I was the first use of the season, so place was pretty musty til it got aired out.
