Excellent property and excellent value. Large, comfortable, and relaxing. The pool on a hot summer's day was perfect.

We loved staying at this house! It was so much fun, and the kids really enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the pool. The sand volleyball court and ping-pong table were great bonuses and kept everyone entertained. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property to others. We look forward to staying here again!

Great property with plenty to occupy our grandkids. Outdoor space is exceptional. While there could have been clearer communication about check in (VRBO sent a different set of check-in instructions than the host), we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! Very clean and the backyard was truly a gem! Everything was comfortable and welcoming. We hope to stay here again when we are in Las Cruces. Everardo was great and was quick to respond and gelp if we had any questions.
