We stayed here for graduation weekend at IU, and everything was perfect. The home was very clean and comfortable, and is a very short/easy drive to campus. We had everything we needed to cook meals, be it in the kitchen or grilling out. Plenty of space for our son and his roommates to come over for dinner without people sitting on top of each other. Additionally, communication with the host was very easy and MJ was very responsive. All said, one of our favorite VRBO rentals to date.

The host was very helpful as I had some issues with my VRBO account MJ went the extra distance to see our visit went off without issues. The place was well stocked with all necessary supplies and one of the cleanest rental units we have stayed in. Would definitely rent again.

Myself and friends were in town for an IU football game. The house was perfect and everything about it was easy. Communication and check in were perfect. MJ was easy to work with and provided us with a great house. I would definitely stay here again

First of all Mike was a great host and always responsive to our needs! The property is in a wonderful, quiet, walkable neighborhood yes close to plenty of amenities! The property has EVERYTHING you need....its like living at home. I highly recommend staying here if you are in town for an Indiana football or basketball game. Its a short drive to campus.
