This was my second time staying at this rental and I have absolutely no complaints! Dan and his staff are extremely responsive, and the unit was perfectly clean and super convenient to anywhere I wanted to go. Siesta Key is the best!

Was a great place to stay. Love how Gertrude rentals really provides everything you need for the beach, loved the bikes, chairs and beach carts, umbrella provided. This property was a perfect close walk to the beautiful beach. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. And communication was excellent.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay! The space with a comfy king sized bed and large living area was clean, quiet and super accessible. Dan thoughtfully provides everything you need for the beach - chairs, umbrella, towels, and cart which made things super convenient. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend this unit and will definitely be staying again!

We booked a weekend stay at this location, suite 1. The weekend was cold and rained the entire stay which was disappointing. Since we were inside all weekend, we expected adequate wifi and TV. The Wifi did not work so the TVs would not work. We could not screen share due to the off brand of the TVs in both bedroom and living room. The bedroom door would not shut. The door needs shaved so it fits into the frame. The mattress was worn and needs updated. We also could not get hot water in the bathroom or kitchen one day but the shower worked great. The kitchen area and bathroom was renovated and nice. We loved the downstairs lounging, game-room, and outside tiki area. It was convenient that bikes were available, although we did not use due to the rain. We also liked that there were beach carts and chairs for use. If you advertise wifi, it needs to work and not cut out. I work a lot on the road and this would have been a big issue if I were working that weekend.
