The hassle of the check in process, check out process, car valet, etc., had some minor inconveniences so that would need to be built into another stay here unless the traveler is not in a rush to get anywhere.

Amazing experience with breathtaking views

Enjoyed our stay and great location.

The unit was beautifully appointed, very clean, and had an incredible view of the ocean. It was very comfortable and would be perfect for a long-term stay. Everything was as expected from the photos and description, and communication with the property manager was smooth and easy.Unfortunately, the Fontainebleau did not meet our expectations. The property itself is very pretty, but it took a full hour to get our luggage after calling multiple times. The person at the front desk gave us bad information not once, but twice. The quality of the TP and tissues was like sandpaper. The hotel is ridiculously overpriced, and they nickel & dime you for everything, so definitely stock up the kitchen in the unit and go off property for dining.Unit: 10/10Fontainebleau service: 5/10
