I only have one complain and it really doesn’t have to do with the property owner of the condo but, the elevators was hard to get off and on with the luggage carriers, there was never enough room so was always having to wait long times. I mean like 45 minutes to a hour. Two people went down and told a worker how I was stuck on the 7th floor and they came and got me and took me to a different elevator.

Great space, stocked with all necessities! Easy check in/out. The only complaint with Tidewater is the slow elevators.

We had a wonderful stay in our ocean front condo. The condo was very clean and bright with a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the amenities including the pools, hot tub, and the discounts for excursion activities including the island time sunset cruise and Ferris wheel. Having the complementary beach chairs and umbrella was great. The bed was very comfortable! The host was very attentive and responsive. We never had any issues with the elevators and the staff at Tidewater were nice. All the pools and hot tubs including sauna and steam room were clean and in working order. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was absolutely perfect. Only issues was the coffee pot was messed up and kitchen sink needs some attention. However, the elevators were horrible.
