Pools and other amenities great

Upon entering the unit the AC was not turned down and it was 78 degrees in there so took a while to cool off. The AC would change back to 77 degrees every couple of hours and middle of night. Having worked for a rental management company down here we made sure AC was turned down 2 hours prior to checkin so unit would be cool. Also blinds in kitchen were totally crooked in window in kitchen so unit wasn’t great first impression and housekeeping came in to mop floors and leave towels after we went down to pool and we were not allowed to checkin early for some reason. Unit wasn’t really prepared for a guest visually. Primary room bed is horrible and two people cannot comfortably sleep in it.

Enjoyed poolside and beach walks.

We got emails saying it was escalated but it never got taken care of. We had no AC and when it did run it froze up. Thankfully room had a beautiful view, but owners need to update it. Doesn’t have smart tvs, no matching furniture or anything, could be so much cuter. This place is like heaven if they could fix the simple things it’d be perfect. The view is
