The owner was easily available and very helpful. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked with anything that we could possibly need. We were even provided with metrocards.
The apartment is very hard to find for Uber drivers. We took an Uber three times and each time the driver couldn't find it without our help. The street in which the apartment was located was not very attractive, which worried us at first, but it's an extremely short walk to any place you want to go.

It had a nice location and it was next to the bilbao bullring. It was quite a big apartment
There were no towels for the 4th person in our family. We came to Bilbao on august and with 30°C and without A/C it was a bit of a struggle so wouldnt recommend if you come to Bilbao on a very hot period of the year.
