Excellent bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Oslo Airport terminal.
The breakfast area gets extremely crowded during peak hours, making it feel more like an office cafeteria than a hotel restaurant. The hotel could have opened additional seating areas to accommodate more guests, but these remained closed.
There were visible dust particles floating in the air inside the room. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, with very limited options for adjusting the temperature.

Our room was right next to the elevator and staircase and both produced noise.

Easy access to airport.
They advertise easy online check in that does not work and I spent 2-3 hours checking in due to volume of others not able to check in online and therefore waited while only two personnel did manual check in. Was offered free breakfast for the inconvenience that was then not honored when I went for breakfast.
