A nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. A well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals. Access to the pools. We didn't spend much time in the apartment - for us, it was a base for exploring Tenerife.
Things that might be a disadvantage:
-) no air conditioning - it wasn't a problem for us, as apartment is equipped with fans
-) there are lots of parking spots on the streets around the apartment, but their availability drops significantly, especially on weekend
-) don't leave food on the counter or table - ants will show up
Despite these few comments, I recommend this place

Very well located in a quiet, safe area, with a nearby supermarket, nice walks and free street parking.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. My daughter loved playing in the pool and having a little pool, as well as a big one, was a bonus.
