The location was great, the balcony and pool area had great views, and all the rooms were modern and well kept
The hurricane warning caused for the elevators to not be functioning and we were on the fourth floor, the building attendants did not allow nor accommodate for our didi delivery driver to come up the flights of stairs with groceries for us even when requested personally

I loved the apartment! Very clean, stylish with all new appliances and finishes. The pool area was stunning, with the hot tub and the roof top sitting area with magical views of the city of Cabo! I also loved the outdoor gym area on the roof.
The only thing I would have liked during my week stay is if there was a cleaner that came in and refreshed the sheets and towels.

They had someone there working at the property, so the door was open at all times or could be opened by someone in case you could not get into the facility.
The facility or room lacked consistent hot water for showering. Sometimes it was cold and would never get warm, even after running for several minutes (5-10).
