Location, room size, bed comfort, cleaness
Entrance from the staircase - there is absolutely no sign where the entrance of the hotel is. The main door is actually a fire-escape door.
All the corridors are bit inpersonal

Location to sites and parking garage nearby
Entry staff were great but I reported that the sockets in the bathroom were broken by the sink. The staff in writing called me a liar, threatened me about my potential review and then threatened me with having me banned from the platform. I reported issue immediately upon check in and sent photos. I have no reason to lie , I was more interested in resting, but it was a danger as I stuck my hand into it looking for light switch in the dark🙄.
