Very nice location, perfect for our stay. Bed comfortable.

Very comfortable rooms. Service was very good. The hotel was very convenient to a lot of places and for a business trip, it was just right.
The restaurant could have better options. Menu is limted. Other than that, it´s a really good place for a couple of days.

Friendly staff, easy to get transportation.very good internet.
We have been staying in this hotel when we visit Bucaramanga for the past 10 years. But the hotel is starting to show it's age. Time for a facelift, especially the room floors.

The location is good for shopping and visiting friends. Breakfast is good with a selection of fruit, eggs, and yogurt. The room is very big and very comfortable.
We have been staying at this hotel for at least 7 years. I noticed things are needing an update and look worn. It's time to do some remodeling.
