The host was very relaxed and friendly. We didn't meet but she was always available through phone.
The check-in and checkout was very easy and effortless. Checkout time was also very nice.
There was everything we needed in the apartment.
The location is on the outskirts of the city but it's close to a metro stop, so it's a quick ride to the city center.
There was an elevator but it wasn't working without some code, so we ended up walking 4 flights of stairs every time. I also had a little trouble getting out of the building. It would be nice to add more instruction for both these issues.
There was an issue with hot water not running, but it was quickly resolved via phone with the host.
