I liked this flat and felt at home there, it was quiet with a fabulous location, very clean and comfortable inside the flat and well equipped
The communal area is a little tired and the bathroom has quite a strong sewage smell - didn't bother me but just incase someone has really big cases or pram or wheelchair there is a set of stairs without a lift to navigate
