Ease of use. Location. Security.
The handles in my shower were missing their lids/covering. The shower water wasn't particularly hot. It would have been nice to have somewhere like a parlour with refreshments to wait until the room was ready. For early morning flights arriving from overseas it's not ideal to wait in the entrance until 4pm. I was there waiting with other guests who had been on long-haul flights. These, nonetheless, are very minor observations. I really enjoyed the stay!

Great location in the 7th arrondissement, close to Rue Cler ,Eiffel Tower , Les Invalides and the metro .
Felt very safe walking around. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Apartment has everything you need with working appliances . Rooftop view was awesome .
Property was very clean though the rug was a bit worn.

I wish I could have given this place 11/10!! I was absolutely blown away by the apartment, the view, the location! This was my first time in Paris with my family and I couldn’t be more happier! The fact that we could see the Eiffel tower from our balcony! Pinch me moments! There is lovely restaurants near by, and some small stores to purchase groceries if needed! The breakfast hamper was also FANTASTIC and everything was so fresh!!! You will be so very happy in this amazing apartment! The BONUS? A rooftop view of everything!
That I couldn’t stay longer in Paris 😉
