This corner townhouse with ground-level entry is located near the playground and features a south-west-facing terrace. The parking lot is just a few meters away. The house can accommodate up to 4 people and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

The bright, inviting living room makes you feel right at home. The cozy seating area with a pull-out couch offers space for all guests. A flat-screen TV and radio (stereo system) are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your patio. Barbecuing (with your own grill) is permitted on the patio. The dining area, which is directly adjacent, offers space for shared meals and cozy evenings.

Smoking is not permitted in this house. However, in the interest of future guests, we ask that you smoke only on the terrace.

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run to let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The attractive vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain world of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter casts its spell over the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
