Świnoujście on the island of Usedom is a perfect spot to rest and relax, and it’s loved by our visitors.
Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in a modern high-rise building that was completed in January 2020 and is part of the “Platan Complex” development.
It is an air-conditioned apartment on the second floor—featuring a bedroom furnished with a high-quality hotel bed, a living room with a luxurious corner sofa and a cinema-sized TV with free access to Netflix, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette where you can prepare the most exquisite dishes while enjoying perfectly chilled wine (thanks to the built-in wine cooler!) or delicious Nespresso coffee.
A major advantage of the apartment is its two balconies—one with outdoor furniture and another with a cocoon chair, allowing you to get cozy in the fresh air. The total area of the apartment is 58 m².
The interior is decorated in light colors, dominated by wood, shades of gray, and beige, evoking associations with sand, the beach, and the sun. In addition, large windows on the south side allow plenty of natural light to flood the interior, which further enlarges the space visually. The elegant design is further accentuated by striking, modern accessories, as well as interesting shapes and textures.
In the immediate vicinity of the “Platan Complex” are a gym, a Thai massage studio, and a bike rental shop. Nearby are stores such as the Biedronka supermarket and LIDL, as well as a wide range of dining options at numerous bars and restaurants.
In addition, the apartment is located just 700 meters from the German-Polish border crossing. The nearby UBB train station also allows you to travel conveniently to Germany.
