This is a great place to stay: comfy beds, good shower, convenient location, nice design, and all the basics stocked. My only warning is that the creaky stairs are no joke! They caused problems with our napping baby/toddler and at night throughout our stay.

"Everything was good. Just as a suggestion, it would be helpful to have more cookware, especially larger and deeper pots and pans, since there weren’t enough."

The location was awesome and Alex answered quickly when I messaged her. The house was cozy. I would recommend staying here.

I would NOT stay at this property again. Riverside is beautiful but we were right on 13th street and very loud. We were in Wichita to bury my husband. Relatives were stopping in to see us and Alex continuously sent emails about the number of cars in the drive. I realize that we were to only have 2 but twice a third card was there. Alex made a very sad and stressful time much worse.
