Was not disappointed. Spacious with plenty of room for our family of seven. Conveniently located to many shops and places to eat. Well stocked kitchen and clean. Easy check in, and easy walk to the beach. Staff at the office were very friendly and accommodating in providing us with beach chairs, umbrella’s and whatever else we needed for a fun day at the beach. We had a great time and look forward to booking 733 Pismo again next summer.. Thanks!!

Amazing stay at the beach house. Loved the 4 bathrooms and large fully loaded kitchen. Beach was only 1 minute walk .

Big house where each couple had their own room. Doors and windows opened all weekend with a nice sea breeze.

great location. property has great potential but needs major renovation. doors are rusted, carpet needs to be cleaned, dishwasher didn't work and windows/walls dirty. loved the common area space and accessibility of fans in every room.
