The stay was as expected and in a prime location. There is a nice fireplace that works and a hot tub as well. The amenities were excellent and it fit perfect for my weekend trip to Pigeon Forge.

Having rented cabins for decades in the area, I have seen a broad spectrum of the good the bad and the ugly.
Some key take aways with this visit.
Location: easy access to the parkway and and all the action. Plenty of parking despite being in a cabin subdivision. Cabins are on all sides: front, back and each side and still had plenty of parking.
Cabin: spacious and clean. Loved that each room had a full bath so plenty of privacy and no waiting in line to get ready for the day. Very well stocked kitchen (although could use some more forks). Appreciated the salt/pepper and sugar that was readily available (not sure if that was a fluke but I still appreciated it). Mattresses/linens were comfortable.
Bathrooms: spacious enough, clean and plenty of hot water. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash available and it appeared to be of good quality as I wasn't left with greasy or super dry hair/skin after use.
Entertainment: Lots to do and keep the family entertained when in the cabin. Struggled getting the lower level TV to connect to the wifi but never addressed it with the rental company as it wasn't a high priority for my crew.
Hot tub/Sauna: were thoroughly enjoyed by those who partook
Thermostat: The lower & main thermostats seem to be at odds with each other and after communicating with the rental company was advised to turn both off and open windows/doors to cool things off. We had to do this multiple times as the main and upper floors would get extremely hot (thermostat was set at 65-70 but temps would climb into the high 70's). The lower level stayed pretty cool.
Rental company: Very responsive to all communication.
Overall a positive experience and some of us even extended out stay by an additional day since there was availability on both sides.
