perfect location. I have been told that staying south of the bridge was the best part of the beach and I am sold. Sea Vista Condo's were very well kept and the security was top notch. Recommend highly

The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities you could possibly want in a vacation rental. However, the hotel next door has late night dance parties with VERY LOUD music that goes till 2 am. Even though the doors and windows were completely closed and the kids were in the farthest room, they could still hear it very loudly. But this particular apartment was nicely decorated, the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and dishes and the communication from the management company was excellent. The super close proximity of the beach was the best part! I wish the management of Sea Vista Apartments would talk to the nearby hotel - either lower the volume or stop by midnight. Usually people with families or kids stay in apartments. Also, a water filling station in the apartment complex would be awesome.

Condo kitchen was adequate however there were no spices, plastic wrap or foil. Primary shower door does not close all the way causing water to spill on the floor. This is not an oceanfront room as advertised. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels.
