The unit was decorated beautifully and was very clean. I am quite picky about cleanliness and was extremely pleased. The unit is on the bottom floor and has some upstairs neighbors who were a bit noisy. We had sound machines, so this was not too much of a problem for us. The only real complaint I have is that the unit was VERY warm. It was a hot day and the unit could not cool off below 80 degrees until the middle of the night. There are very few air vents in the home, but there were ceiling fans that helped a lot. We appreciated the coffee, waters, and snacks left for us. The location was pretty good, although it is at the edge of a less desirable part of town. We ended up driving to the historic part of town, but you could certainly walk during the day (or when it's not 95 degrees outside :-)

My husband and I vacationed with my sister and brother-in-law. This was the perfect place! Two very comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were inviting and allowed for a nice place to be together during the stay. The location was wonderful…a quiet street with an easy walk to the riverfront and downtown for dinner, shopping, and the sunset. We would definitely choose this place again for another Wilmington visit. Thank you!

The house was lovely inside. The house next door looked a little rough.

Everything was great. Beautiful, clean property and the host was very responsive when we got in touch. Walking distance to Riverwalk, food and entertainment. Honestly can't think of any downside to this place.
