It was a very nice stay. The beds were comfortable. We seemed to have everything in the kitchen that we needed. The condo and location worked out good.

Property was very clean! Only small problem two tv’s in bedroom’s wouldn’t connect , but we weren’t there to watch tv so no big deal. Would stay again in!

I've stayed at Fort Marcy Suites previously and had a wonderful stay. I returned expecting a similar experience and unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time. The suite itself was as advertised and I have no complaint about the listing's accuracy. The issue was the amount of hair found and the unwashed sheets/towels. There were two handfuls of long hair smeared across the shower wall in the primary bathroom. I was willing to believe that was an oversight until I looked at the towels and primary bedroom sheets and found the same hair all over them, along with makeup and other dirty spots. The sheets and towels clearly weren't changed and the shower wasn't fully cleaned. It was in the evening when I discovered this issue and I immediately called the after hours number for clean sheets and towels, but my call was never returned. I ended up going to Walmart at 10:30pm to buy sheets for the primary bed because there were no spare sheets in the condo. Thankfully I brought pool towels and was able to use my own towels for showering. I'm willing to return to Fort Marcy, I really enjoyed the peacefulness of the balcony throughout the day and the convenience of 2bed/3bath. But I'd like reimbursement for the sheets, given the information book in the unit said a spare set would be available and it wasn't, which is inconvenient and an issue during an after hours time when the staff weren't able to help.
