Location, Location!!Welcome to our Key West Condo! This beautiful Upper Duvalcondo is walkable to everything in Key West. Known as the "Uptown of Old Town Key West" and the"elegant end of Duval."What we love is that you can be in the excitement of Duval St, on South beach, at the Southernmost Point, or at the free MLK Pool, in just minutes going either direction. The location could not be more perfect!Our goal is that you feel at home here - the condo is stocked with everything you need. Sip a cup of coffee on the balcony, or simply walk around to enjoy the City!
The condo is close to everything, and peaceful at the same time. Perfect for a family or up to 3 couples (3rd bed is in the pull-out couch with memory foam mattress). 2 full bathrooms! The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials.

The neighborhood is wonderful, right off the southern part of Duval St., right next to Banana Cafe! About a 5 minute walk and you're either at the free MLK ocean view pool, the Southernmost Point , or South Beach. Enjoy bars, restaurants, museums, and shopping just by walking!
Our favorite way to get around is by moped! You can park right in front of the unit as well.See our guidebook for local vendors who rent out mopeds and golf carts. There are also a lot of bike rental options. You will not need a car!

My husband and I and our senior dog had a very relaxing five week stay in this two-bedroom, two-bath second floor property located just off Duval near the Southernmost Point. Shawn, the property owner, was quick to get back to us whenever we had any questions, and he did his best to address the few issues that arose during our stay. One of them was the washer, which stopped working about two weeks into our stay. Shawn ordered a brand new washer/dryer! He also had the rugs in both bedrooms and the area rugs in the living space deep cleaned. Shawn is a caring property owner, which was very apparent to us. Here are some highlights of the unit: The kitchen is large and well stocked. There is a small George Foreman grill on the front porch, which we used frequently. The art work throughout the unit is totally Key West! The beds were comfortable, and the updated master bath shower was large and quite nice. There was plenty of room for us to store our clothing in the closet and two bureaus. Overall, while the house is near Duval Street, it was a quiet neighborhood. Just one minor item to note: After going up the stairwell, you enter the unit and go up one step to the living room and kitchen. To go into the bedrooms, you have to go down one step. It is an older home, so just be aware! We are "young" seniors and did not have any issues with this, nor having to climb stairs many times each day. Overall, we had a positive experience, and we loved our time in Key West.
