Great location, walking distance to the stadium, the pictures do not do this home justice!! Plenty of room for everyone and wanted for nothing. Host was very helpful and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It is so close to the State Farm Stadium we were able to walk over to the concert we came to Phoenix to attend. There is parking for one car in the garage and 3 cars on the driveway. Our friends were able to park there as well. The owner, Mark, is very responsive and answers questions quickly. They were out of dishwasher pids and he had some there early the next morning. The refrigerator is big and the ice maker works. Now there are a few things that could be improved. Cabinets have lose handles and the glassware situation needs an upgrade. There are huge plastic glasses and some big glass drinking glasses as well as some sketchy wine glasses people have left behind from batchelorette parties but not a juice or rocks glass to be found in the place. One of the pullout shelves falls out and a kitchen drawer doesn't have a back on it so everything falls into the cabinet below. With just a few fixes it could be so much nicer. We would probably stay here again sometime if we come to another concert.FYI, all 4 bedrooms are upstairs so this place might not be good for those who have problems with stairs.

Great house and great location
