We just spent three days at this property and had the best time. We had a cousins reunion, and while just six of us ended up staying in the house, it was still absolutely perfect for having dinners and hanging out with our large group of 12. The kitchen is incredibly stocked and the downstairs is spacious, especially with the amazing backyard, which has ample seating and a great grassy area where we played Can Jam (we brought that over, it's not at the house). All of the bedrooms are spacious and the house was very clean. The owners were super fast to communicate with and made everything very easy and enjoyable. Our group agreed we would definitely rent this house again.

Great place I would absolutely stay at again! It's on the expensive side but you definitely get what you pay for.The space was clean, welcoming, and a good size for us (very comfortable for 10 adults re: sleeping arrangements, bathrooms, sitting space, tables, etc.). The spacious kitchen was good for cooking group meals and I was genuinely impressed we could fit our full group in any given space we chose to hang out (living room, patio, dining room, and so on) without having to step over each other.The hosts were also communicative and attentive throughout our stay (quick to answer questions and responsive the few times we needed something). The instructions for the dishwasher, hot tub, and check out were clera and easy to follow (and the hot tub is sizable).Location-wise, this is firmly in the suburbs so you should be prepared to be quiet after 10pm (this wasn't an issue for us but I could see this being a challenge for larger groups). Also plan ahead about how you want to reach downtown Portland if that's your priority (we ultimately rented a car for the duration of our trip but there is a bus stop at the end of the block that could work as well. Just plan ahead!).

Great stay!

This is a great house for a big group or family. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, bathrooms, living room and bedrooms. The casita is just a few steps from the main house (approx. 15 ft.) and offers great privacy for 1-2 people with its own King bed and private full bathroom. The upstairs bathroom got a little crowded for us, because we had 5 people sleeping upstairs in the 3 bedrooms. And the location of the house is private, yet with easy access to grocery stores and the interstate. We would definitely stay here again!
