Location, view, close to lake( for swimming), local beach
Terrace, quiet place,
Too many stairs to arrive to the house- when you have people with mobility issue- that’s not the right place
Furniture outdated, the cleaning done is just in the bedrooms and some in kitchen. However the spiders network is everywhere. One you move a chair, you a have a surprise.
The main couch in living room is not cleaned for years- is not attractive at all.

This is a wonderful place to spend a vacation in! It is located by the Como lake but in a small town that is not so touristy which was an advantage for us. Terrace and the view from it was perfect. Distance to Bellagio by car is approx 10 minutes but you can also take the ferry from Limonta :) Views of the Como lake and the mountains were the most beautiful that we've seen! Contact with Marzia was great, she was very helpful, thank you! I highly recommend it.

The house is very cozy and clean, with a wonderful full view of Lake Como. It’s also very close to Bellagio center.
Marzia, who welcomed us, was very kind and friendly.
I was a bit surprised by the lack of some basic amenities in the house. Essentials like hand soap in the bathroom were not provided, and we had to purchase everything ourselves (salt, pepper, oil, hand soap..etc), even for a short stay.
This was a bit inconvenient, especially as grocery stores are not very easy to access nearby.

Отличный вид
Грязные полы, сломанный душ, сломанное сидение унитаза, 2 из 3 дней не работал WiFi

"Spokój, cisza, piękne widoki. Czystość w domu oraz w okolicy. Pyszne jedzenie w restauracjach oraz pyszne wyroby lokalne dostępne w sklepach. Prawidłowe podejście do życia przez lokalne osoby.
