We used this flat as a "hub" for day trips to different locations including St. Andrews, Stirling Castle, the Rosslyn Chapel.
We also explored Edinburgh for a couple days and found the drive to be fairly quick and easy.
As Americans, we didn't know the 2nd floor is actually the 3rd floor (there is a "ground" floor before the 1st floor). That was a bit of a surprise but turned out to be a blessing because the view was much better than it would have been if we had been on a lower floor.

We enjoined the surrounding and the view of the Firth of Forth.
Negativ was the communication with the FeWo agency. We arrived at 7:00 pm and no one could help us to get the code for the key safe. The chat bot adviced only to the owner of the property. Here I wish an improvement.
