Explore Dubrovnik while staying in this comfortable and modern two bedroom apartment located in the heart of the historical Old town of Dubrovnik, within a few steps from all historical sights, shops, bars, restaurants and everything else the center of Dubrovnik has to offer.
Located on the second floor of a traditional stone building, typical for the Old town, the apartment offers two bedrooms(one ensuit) both with queen size beds, two full bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchenette and a cozy living area. It also has two convenient work friendly spaces for all guests with work commitments during stay. From the living room window spreads a charming view over the Old town rooftops.
Amenities include A/C (living room/kitchen area/one bedroom), free WiFi, flat screen TV, safety deposit box, hair dryer, iron, ironingboard, well equipped kitchen with fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, .
To reach the apartment there are approximately 40 stairs from the street up to the second floor. Given its convenient location, the apartment is within a couple minutes walking distance from all historical sights such as the city walls, St. Blaise church , monasteries, Onofrio fountain, Rector's palace etc. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, grocery stores, open market and the famous Banje beach are also within walking distance so all travelers can make the most of their time in the city when everything is within easy reach. For travelers who are looking for a more relaxing place to swim and relax under the sun, Old town port offers frequent boat line during spring and summer time to the nearby Lokrum island.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our luggage storage, located at Čubranovićeva 11a street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.

Beautiful property in the heart of Old Town, easy access to everything, close restaurants, clean property. It’s nice that the two rooms are split by separate doors. Very quick communication, would stay there again!

Good location (a lot of stairs, so not ideal for someone with mobility problems), clean, and quiet.Property management company was quick to respond to messages. However, I found it annoying that they sent frequent messages trying to upsell me (for example, they offered to book a ride to airport for 65 Euros, when Uber costs 38 Euros and standard taxi fare is 50 Euros), I could also pay them extra for additional pillows or blankets or book sightseeing tours. For a couple of weeks before my stay, I received multiple messages for additional things they were selling, which felt very spam-y. The payment arrangements were also different from what VRBO listed, which got confusing to the point that I had to call VRBO to make sure it was legitimate (stressful to wonder if it was a scam right before going on vacation). VRBO took my initial payment through their site and listed the remainder due on the date of my arrival. However, the property management company emailed me a few weeks before my stay saying that I needed to pay them directly two weeks earlier than was listed on the VRBO site, and a higher amount (VRBO also had warnings not to pay outside of their system). It turned out being fine, but I had to waste time calling VRBO to make sure paying this company directly was legitimate, and I had to ask the management company to explain the discrepancy in charges and verify with my credit card company (they took a smaller initial payment than VRBO listed).

The property was really nice, but a bit smaller than the pictures show. They don't use Vrbo to communicate but use their own platform which complicates check in. They also set-up payments in multiple chunks instead of two payments, so if you are on the road before your booking, expect to have to get on line on their platform to make payments. The property was a bit difficult to get to, but if you follow their detailed guide you should have no problem. The property was great for us other than the multiple platforms and multiple payments.
