We had a wonderful time! Kitchen is well equipped. Location is great! The 2 golf carts were perfect for a group of 10. The only feedback is that the pellet grill did not work. We messaged the company, but never got communication back. This was not a big deal. The next guests should have a full bag of pellets ready to use if it gets fixed.

This is our 3rd stay to SanDestin over Christmas Break for our family. We love staying in Villa Lago. This unit was exactly as described and had so many extra beach chairs, beach toys etc in the garage than mentioned. Our family enjoyed the 2 golfcarts so we could divide and go to the beach or the heated pool, shopping or the Wharf etc. Every morning we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the golfers go by and evening time sitting and reading on the upstairs balcony area. The unit was very clean. Hosts were overly communicative and wonderful to deal with. We will be back! Thank you again!

The house was perfect and in a wonderful location. Communication was easy and the golf carts were wonderful. We had a fantastic time and hope to return soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our families frequent the Sandestin neighborhood, this was unfortunately one of the more stressful experiences although we are glad they worked to try and make it right. Upon arrival we noticed there was only one golf cart (advertised two) and we were never informed one was in the shop. We did not get the golf cart back until the day before our stay was over. Two golf carts was one of the primary reasons for our booking. The unit itself was fine, Upstairs guest had a damaged towel hook, and the shower door fit was not quite right so it too more effort to open that (minor issue but a small nuisance). Other than that, everything else was in working order. Wish we would have had better communication and transparency about the golf cart not working.
