Our family enjoyed the Fourth of July weekend at the property. Our college aged grandchildren enjoyed playing pool and the soaking in hot tub. We all enjoyed fireworks and s’mores in the top floor balcony. We had meals out on the deck with the lake view. Sunsets were awesome. We enjoyed walking to the village to browse and shop.

Our family had an incredible stay, and this home exceeded our expectations. We comfortably accommodated four generations of our family, and the layout gave everyone plenty of space to gather together while still having room to spread out.The location was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The marina is literally just steps away, and the Village, with its restaurants, shops, and activities, is only a short walk, so we rarely needed to drive once we arrived.The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with Ella was outstanding from start to finish. She was proactive, responsive, and made the entire check-in and check-out process effortless.Coming from the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, escaping the desert heat for a few days in the mountains was exactly what our family needed. We made wonderful memories together, and this home was the perfect place to do it.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, conveniently located home for a family gathering or Big Bear getaway.

Property was great for our family of 8. Plenty of bedrooms and baths to accommodate all. Lake view was nice. Very close for a short walk to the lake and Marina. All in all a nice stay.

The house was really cute and in a good area. Inside the house was incredibly Smokey smelling from the nearby wildfires. But we each brought an air purifier which helped. Even know this house fits more people we only had 8, and were not provided any extra toilet paper or paper towel which was an inconvenience.
